Patrons accept the risk that weather they consider unsatisfactory may occur on a screening night and acknowledge that movie tickets will instead be revalidated if a screening is canceled by Flicks on The Green prior to the scheduled event - any cancellation will be listed on the Flicks on The Green website 48hrs prior to the event. Patrons are encouraged to check the Flicks on The Green website 48hrs prior to the event in the case that consistent adverse weather has resulted in such a cancellation. In the case of such a cancellation movie tickets are revalidated and transferable to the next Flicks on The Green screening or to a screening suitable to the movie ticket purchaser. Food hampers are fully refundable when a cancellation has been announced on the Flicks on The Green website 48hrs prior to the event - again patrons are encouraged to check the Flicks on The Green website prior to the event for any such announcement.
